Kemet Kyphi Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery, including returns for a change of mind.

Return eligibility
Kyphi and resin incense are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, including personal fragrance preferences. This exclusion does not apply to items received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Burners and aluminum foil cups are eligible for change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories originally supplied with that item, where applicable, such as tongs, spoons, and metal plates. Foil cup packages must be unopened.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, email promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include photographs where possible. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, shipment of missing items, or an appropriate refund. We cover any required return postage for these issues.

Unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not apply to claims involving items received damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

How to request a return
Email with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return mailing address. Please contact us before mailing your return.

Return shipping and fees
Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from our error or an item arriving damaged or defective. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photographs if possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping costs.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, return your eligible purchase for a refund and place a new order.
